New - Temperature Adjustable Metering Available Now!

Temperature adjustable metering capability is available for immediate sale from T&S Brass.

The B-2760-H features brass, bronze and stainless steel functioning parts which are housed in a heavy-duty, cast brass body for maximum trouble-free performance. The solid brass construction minimizes vandalism and provides years of service. This faucet is built to withstand the rigors of high use commercial or institutional projects.

Pushing the blade handle requires less than 5 lbs. of force. And, it closes automatically. Turn the handle to adjust the temperature – no tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist required. The B-2760-H meets ADA requirements and is designed to accommodate those users who can only activate controls with a minimum of force. Concealed time adjustment, accessible under the handle, allows a wide range of cycle times. The concealed handle limit stop allows for 110ºF setting.

Compared to fixed-temperature metering faucets, the B-2760-H is an energy miser, because users can select cold water only. That means less hot water demand. Compared to tempered water only metering faucets, the B-2760-H temperature selection can save countless gallons of hot water.

T&S Brass Antimicrobial Coating

T&S Brass is proud to introduce the availability of antimicrobial protection for our faucet line. We are
offering a selection of six different handles coated with an antimicrobial treatment which is very durable
and is intended to last the life of our product. The antimicrobial treatment inhibits the growth of bacteria,
molds, mildews and fungi. Although antimicrobial protection does not substitute for regular good hygiene
such as hand washing and regular cleaning of the faucet and handles, it does promote a reduction in the
growth of microorganisms.

Six of our most popular handles are available with this coating for a minimal 25% up-charge to the regular
list price of each handle and are designated by an “AM” or “–AM “suffix for “antimicrobial.”

Leonard Temperature Controls - Building Management System Interface (BMSI)

The Leonard Building Management System Interface (BMSI). This product, installed with a Leonard Megatron®, provides the necessary design features to communicate the output temperature of the domestic hot water loop to a building’s Building Management System. Our design utilizes a temperature probe to read the output tempered water from the mixing valve, and this information is then collected through our system; held within a Nema 4 rated ABS box. The BMSI is supplied with a CAT-5E Ethernet connection, and this is the connection point from our unit and communicating to the building’s BMS, allowing the BMS to collect the output temperatures.
